LEXTAL was launched in 2003, and is now among the top legal firms in Estonia. LEXTAL Tallinn’s lawyers have been instrumental in the re-nationalization of Estonian Railways, as well as in the sales of several public assets. On international scale, they undertook several infrastructure development projects in the Balkan States. In 2009, LEXTAL opened an office in Chisinau (Moldova).

Operating as Law office “B2B” prior to the merge, LEXTAL partners in Riga are recognized for their deep expertise in financial, construction and trade law. They have managed legal issues for construction objects with total value of more than EUR 200 million.

The team of LEXTAL Vilnius, previously operating as Law Firm L. Siksniute & Partners, has impeccable reputation as business lawyers with a particular focus on corporate law, M&A, real estate and construction law, energy law, environmental law and litigation. Professionals have advised both, domestic and foreign clients, including some of the region‘s largest investors, as well as international corporations.

In January 2011, the three teams merged to form a top tier Baltic law firm.
